Shipping Charge:
All orders are shipped using Australia Post.
A flat rate of $10.50 shipping applies to all orders shipped within Australia. We reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees for large and commercial orders.
Express delivery will incur additional charges, depending on the total weight of the order.
Delivery Time:
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business day of the order being placed. Orders take 2-7 days for delivery, however orders to remote areas may take longer.
Chalet operates from one locations – Regents Park, NSW. We will always do our best to ship your order from the location closest to you however this may depend on the availability of goods at the time.
Orders being shipped to addresses in New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria and Tasmania will be sent from our warehouse in NSW and delivery to metropolitan area addresses will be approximately 2-3
business days.
Orders shipped to addresses in Western Australia, Northern Territory and South Australia will be sent from our warehouse in NSW and delivery to metropolitan area addresses will be approximately 3-6 business days.
